Sustainability Strategy 2023
Message from our CEO
As our motto states “Promise made, promise kept,” we are committed to spearheading sustainability in our development and operation of real estate assets. Our shareholders have been committed to sustainability over the years. We are sustainable in everything we do.
Despite working in complex environments, we continuously strive to align our operations with best-in-class management practices in every social and environmental aspect. We are committed to designing our investments to promote development in the communities we invest in, going beyond just creating customer value to drive broader social value. Our sustainability strategy is aimed at creating economic, social, and environmental value throughout the construction and leasing of reliable, sustainable, resilient, and high-quality real estate properties along with continued improvement of our services.
