Sustainability Strategy 2023

Message from our CEO

As our motto states “Promise made, promise kept,” we are committed to spearheading sustainability in our development and operation of real estate assets. Our shareholders have been committed to sustainability over the years. We are sustainable in everything we do.

Despite working in complex environments, we continuously strive to align our operations with best-in-class management practices in every social and environmental aspect. We are committed to designing our investments to promote development in the communities we invest in, going beyond just creating  customer value to drive broader social value. Our  sustainability strategy is aimed at creating economic, social, and environmental value throughout the  construction and leasing of reliable, sustainable, resilient, and high-quality real estate properties along  with continued improvement of our services.

We acknowledge that our construction and management practices can have a significant impact in ensuring that our clients achieve their own sustainable development goals.

“Promise made, promise kept” guides us.
Our Sustainability Strategy is based on our ultimate objective of keeping every promise we make toward our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitments. Our strategy encompasses the 18 material topics our company prioritizes, and we have built our commitments, targets and KPIs around this vision.
We design spaces that factor in the environmental impacts during the construction and operational phases to ensure we are key players in creating a green future.
