Our ESG framework received a Moody’s rating of SQS2

2025 was a consolidation year for Mobiliare during which much of the careful strategy designed by its founders five years ago materialized and exceeded expectations.

Our plans for 2026 include the certification of 25 more properties in alignment with our public pledge as EDGE Champions to certify all new developments after stabilization.

Mobiliare’s focus on seeking sustainability certifications of its properties was recognized by the IFC through its EDGE Champions award; our ESG framework received a Moody’s rating of SQS2, confirming the company’s platform will support sustainable growth into the future.

As of year end we have 53 assets certified.
