2025 was a consolidation year for Mobiliare

During which much of the careful strategy designed by its founders five years ago materialized and exceeded expectations.

We are conscious of the responsibility that comes from the trust our clients place in our team and our brand promise to develop, stabilize and sustain their strategic sites in the region.

That trust resulted in Mobiliare’s Assets Under Management exceeding $1 Billion in January 2025. By year end we delivered assets to our clients On time, On budget, and On Spec valued at $275M while continuing the development of facilities under binding agreements costing $125M.
