Our Villa Nueva project in Guatemala received the Innovation in Industrial Parks award at the EXPOPARKS LATAM Awards 2026, granted by Revista Inversión Inmobiliaria. The award was presented at EXPOPARKS Dominicana 2026 in Santo Domingo.
The Academic Evaluation Committee highlighted four features of the park: its location on the industrial corridor linking Guatemala City with the south of the country; the functional layout and flexibility of its warehouses for light manufacturing and logistics; its wastewater treatment plants; and its use of specialized software to manage and digitally control supplier and cargo access.
We develop and operate industrial, logistics, and service center assets in nine Latin American countries for multinational companies and regional leaders. This award recognizes the way we work: parks designed so these companies can operate efficiently, at scale, and to the highest standards.
